Dr Zach Kidman is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Phlebology and a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. He obtained his medical degree from Auckland University and went on to complete four years of advanced study specialising in the treatment of venous disorders. Dr Zach Kidman has worked in private vein practice in Wellington and Auckland for over six years treating Varicose Veins, Spider Veins, Venous Ulcers and related conditions. His primary goal is to offer relief to patients who are experiencing pain and discomfort from vein disease, and to restore their confidence to enable them to live full and active lives. His treatments include direct microsclerotherapy of spider veins, ultrasound guided sclerotherapy (UGS) and endovenous thermal ablation (EVLA/RFA) of varicose veins.

Dr Zach Kidman lives in the eastern bays of Auckland with his wife and four young children. He has recently developed an interest in skiing and watersports which sees him on the mountain with his kids. On the weekends he spends a lot of time outdoors with his family watching soccer or enjoying his children’s interests in ballet and guitar.
